The East Meadow Board of Education recognized the district’s Terrific Kids during its March 22 board meeting at the LJC Salisbury Center.
Dr. Gustavo Loor, the dean of students at W.T. Clarke Middle School, and Woodland Middle School Principal James Lethbridge announced the Terrific Kids from their respective schools for the months of December, January and February. Terrific Kids is a student recognition program sponsored by the East Meadow Kiwanis Club that promotes character development, self-esteem and perseverance.
